January 9th 2015 I took my own commit to get fit challenge, exactly 31 days later I've shed 26 pounds. Nothing magical, no gimmicks or tricks. The only thing changed is my determination to be better, physically, mentally, and spiritually! Guess what? It works, taking time for yourself, brings about major change, thus allowing you to share more with others. More on that in upcoming stories however, but seriously taking time to be active is not only refreshing but vitalizes your energy level exponentially.
