Found this blog today, and I just want to showcase it here as it truly excites me to find others just like myself! Check out 300 pounds and running now I'm not a big runner myself but he is very inspiring. As I too have hit the scales at over 300 pounds several times in my life. There have been times when I thought hitting 245 was large and worked my way down to 190, then at times I've hit nearly 345. I never want to be that big again and I won't. This time my journey will be chronicled here, and I want you to join me. Maybe you just need to lose 10 pounds, maybe its 200 it doesn't matter the journey has begun, the time is now. Your family depends on you, do it for them, the ones you love and those who love you the most. Have an awesome day, and remember if I can do it, you can do it 2!
